Top Job Boards of 2011In 2011, RezScore served a record millions of job advertisements collected from thousands of job boards. As the inventors' of the world's first algorithm to grade job posts, we felt we had a special obligation to provide quality along with quantity. After many hours spent analyzing job postings, we found that all job boards are simply not created equal.
Below we summarize our findings from the year. Our first table covers all general job boards (job boards not covering a specific niche, industry, or locality). To ensure a reasonable sample size across multiple industries, we exclude smaller job sites. Small job sites like JobSpider and Bullhorn Reach, for example, scored well but we did not have a statistically rigorous enough sample size to include them. The performance column represents the percentage improvement of clickthrough rates over the average.
|6||Career Choice Network||+12.7%||Medium|
|11||America's Job Exchange||-5.8%||Medium|
|15||6 Figure Jobs||-14.7%||Medium|
We also chose to examine health care jobs, given the large number of niche job boards dedicated to the industry. We chose to include small jobs boards among these rankings, with the caveat that the results necessarily have a greater margin for error (~±11%).
|2||Miracle Workers (CareerBuilder)||+85.4%||Medium|
|3||Healthcare Jobsite (Beyond)||+79.8%||Medium|
|4||Regional Healthcare Recruit||+65.0%||Small|
|7||Health Jobs Nationwide||-6.3%||Small|
|11||Hospital Jobs Online||-60.6%||Medium|
|14||Take Care Health||-83.8%||Small|
